The French foreign intelligence service [DGSE] announces declassification of Enigma documents from WW2

In December 2015, the French foreign intelligence service [DGSE] have officially announced that all Enigma WW2 documents are going to be declassified. This means that more information will be available on Polish codebreakers’ work in France.

The French revealed the Enigma machine that has been held in DGSE possession. It seems similar to own machine, if in worse shape.

Dr. Nicolas T. Courtois posted some photos of both machines on his blog. To read more about it visit: http://blog.bettercrypto.com/?p=2327

The DGSE’s decision offers us the possibility to understand the Enigma Relay even better.
