Tytus Filipowicz (1873–1953) was an ambassador, Polish political activist, diplomat and publicist, member of the Promethean Movement, graduate of the London School of Economics, co-founder and board member of the Piłsudski Institute of London. Tytus Filipowicz and Józef Piłsudski jointly signed the historic telegram of 16 November 1918 notifying world leaders of the re-establishment of the Polish state after 123 years of foreign rule.
