Ethnography in Times of Empires. Bronislaw Pilsudski and the Ainu People.

The British Library in cooperation with the Pilsudski Institute of London, in advance of the exhibition which will be open from the 7th of October 2022, organised the talk about The Ethnography in Times of Empires. Bronisław Piłsudski and the Ainu People.

Ania Stefanicki introduced Bronisław Piłsudski, Katya Rogatchevskaya (Lead Curator East European Collections) discussed ethnography and empires, and Hamish Todd (Head of East Asian Collections) presented the Ainu collection at the British Library.
